01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "nursta" / "Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain nursta.net, including all sub-pages, products, and features accessible therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nursta platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the nursta registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the PHP peso amount held within a Player's nursta wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately designated.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, deposit match, or other incentive offered by nursta to Players subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by nursta prior to withdrawal processing and as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports market, bingo round, or any other wagering product offered on the nursta platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the nursta platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body with regulatory oversight of gaming activities in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nursta platform or completing the account registration process, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the nursta platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the nursta Privacy Policy and the nursta Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nursta.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The nursta platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. nursta employs identity verification procedures to enforce this requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the nursta platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. nursta makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippine market. Accessing nursta from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is done entirely at the Player's own risk.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a nursta account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered nursta account. Opening, operating, or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same or different identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. nursta reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nursta login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. nursta will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify nursta immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

04 Account Management

4.1 KYC Verification

nursta is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time: a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or Voter's ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

nursta reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct is suspected; (c) a Player's account is linked to bonus abuse or prohibited conduct; or (d) nursta is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, nursta may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4.3 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request closure of their nursta account at any time by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

nursta accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. nursta does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, or to a verified alternative method at nursta's discretion. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. nursta targets processing of approved withdrawal requests as promptly as the relevant payment rail permits. Processing times may vary based on payment method, transaction volume, and any additional verification requirements.

5.3 Currency

All nursta account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees applied by the nursta platform. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the confirmed transaction.

5.4 Transaction Limits

nursta may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may be adjusted at nursta's discretion and may differ by payment method, account verification status, or applicable regulatory requirement. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

nursta may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits will be clearly stated for each individual promotion. Bonus funds are wagered before real-money funds unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

nursta prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome while meeting wagering requirements; using irregular betting patterns that exploit bonus terms; or any other strategy deemed by nursta to constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, nursta reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

nursta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for the personal entertainment of eligible Players and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Wager Acceptance

All wagers placed on the nursta platform are subject to acceptance by nursta. nursta reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has affected the display of odds or game outcomes; (b) a wager is placed after the relevant event has commenced and live betting is unavailable; or (c) the wager is placed in breach of applicable game rules.

7.2 Sports Betting

Specific sports betting rules, including rules on void bets, abandoned events, result corrections, and payout calculations, are published in the nursta sportsbook rules section. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing sports wagers. nursta reserves the right to apply industry-standard corrections to event results where official results are subsequently amended.

7.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino and live dealer game outcomes on the nursta platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live physical game equipment as applicable. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, nursta will apply the applicable game rules to determine the outcome of any affected round.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game or system that results in an incorrect display of odds, payout amounts, or game outcomes, nursta reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake to the Player's account. nursta shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nursta platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with or derive advantage from any nursta product.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, live dealer game, or sports betting market.
• Using the nursta platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the nursta platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the nursta platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform software for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct toward nursta staff or other Players.
• Allowing or facilitating access to a nursta account by an individual under 21 years of age.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the nursta platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the property of nursta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the nursta platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any nursta content without the prior written consent of nursta. Any unauthorized use of nursta intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

nursta collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and nursta. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nursta implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and nursta cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

nursta is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account through account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nursta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nursta platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

nursta's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit nursta's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The nursta platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nursta makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform, and shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss beyond nursta's reasonable control.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nursta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nursta will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the nursta platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 4.3.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with nursta in good faith by first contacting nursta customer support and allowing a reasonable period for the dispute to be reviewed and responded to. This dispute resolution clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
